Mary has been a valued member of Dr. Meiser’s team since 2015, specializing in organizing office operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient care. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel supported throughout their visit. Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and making family memories, especially during their travels to Disney.

Tiffany has been with Asthma & Allergy Center of Texas since 2014. She oversees the Allergen Immunotherapy area as well as coordinates our Biologics program. Tiffany uses her negotiation skills, attention to detail, knowledge, and determination to the great benefit of patients and their needs, always going above and beyond for patient care. To relax, Tiffany appreciates a good book, watching movies, football season (Go Pack Go) and most importantly, enjoying life with her two beloved sons!

As the Insurance Account Specialists, Kendall examines the claims, checks the medical coding and verifies insurance eligibility. She also records any medical charges and other payments or adjustments, and maintains patient records. If you have questions about your claims, she is usually on the other end of the phone. Kendall is a graduate of Ole Miss with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She loves spending time with her husband and son.

Kelsey began at the Allergy & Asthma Center of Texas in the front office and has since shifted to the clinical team as a medical assistant. She enjoys providing compassionate care and building meaningful relationships with patients, while also learning from our providers. Kelsey attended the University of Arkansas and graduated with a degree in Animal Science. Kelsey enjoys reading, engaging in various crafts, and spending time with friends and family.

Misty is one of our Allergen Immunotherapy and Biologic Coordinators. She joined AACT in 2019 bringing over 11 years of experience in allergy and asthma to our team. Misty knows the importance of receiving personable and compassionate care, and she aims to help patients feel informed and at ease during their visit. Misty and her husband have three daughters and three slightly spoiled grandchildren. She describes herself as a simple girl who values family time, crafting, a good laugh, working out, and being actively involved in church.

Latrece has been with Allergy & Asthma Center of Texas since 2017 with several years of experience in family practice. She loves helping others and making everyone around her happy. Her joyful smile will welcome you at the practice. Latrece is a Dallas Mavericks fan, and she also appreciates reading a good book while relaxing on a Florida beach, or traveling to any ocean setting. Disney is a favorite vacation destination for Latrece, her husband of over thirty years, and their three daughters.

Jessica joined AACT as a Medical Assistant with ten years of experience in the medical field. She loves helping others and does so with a positive attitude. Jessica is currently attending school to become a Registered Nurse. Jessica hopes one day to work with children in the ICU or ER. She is married to her high school sweetheart and enjoys traveling, going to the gym, playing tennis, and spicy food.

Erika joined the AACT team, bringing over 29 years of medical front office experience, including 10 in the allergy field. Erika assists the insurance account specialist working claims and posting insurance payments. To relax, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also appreciates a good medical billing podcast.

Sofia is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University who majored in Biology and loves all things Aggies. She most enjoys the opportunity to serve patients and their unique needs, and values providing care and compassion that exceed expectations. She was born and raised in the Dallas area and aspires to continue providing patient care in the area. Outside of work, Sofia prioritizes spending quality time with her two sisters, friends, and family. She’s also a big country music concert fan and looks forward to any opportunity to travel.

Katherine joined AACT with a deep passion for supporting children and families in the DFW area. She aspires to begin nursing school in 2026 to become a Registered Nurse, with the goal of expanding her ability to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Arkansas. Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Mary Alice has been working in the medical field for the past 9 years and is currently attending UTA to earn her Bachelor of Science of Nursing degree. She sees herself working in pediatrics, specializing in care for children and young adults with special needs. In her free time, she is studying, singing, crafting, or going for a run.
